Origin Arsius Bordeaux Clairet
Our Clairet de Bordeaux is a perfect expression of Entre-Deux-Mers terroir. The vineyard is located at the junction of the Garonne and the Dordogne and is one of the most extended wine-growing territory in Bordeaux appellation. Plots are selected for their specific qualities.
Skin contact macareation lasts 48 hours to enhance pink color extraction. Cold must setting and direct pressing come before vinification in concret vat at controlle temperature (18°)
The robe of this typical wine is bright pink and brilliant, with ruby hints. Bouquet opens up with notes of strawberry and may evoque English candy tanguy tastes. A touch of tannin balances the freshness of the finish. Clairet de Bordeaux is definitely an enjoyable wine.
Pairing food and wine
