Louis Vallon Bordeaux white is a perfect expression of Entre-Deux-Mers terroir. The vineyard is located at the junction of the Garonne and the Dordogne and is one of the most extended wine-growing territory in Bordeaux appellation. Plots are selected for their specific qualities.

Blend : Sémillon, Sauvignon, Muscadelle

 

Vinification

Traditional vinification at low temperature. Pellicular maceration before settling. Raised on fine lees.

 

Tasting notes

The robe of Louis Vallon Bordeaux white is subtly yellow colored. Bouquet reminds you of peach aromas. Palate is fresh and has a good mouthfeel.
