In order to satisfy increasingly strict international regulations as well as demands incorporated into client specifications UGBORDEAUX has embraced three major systems for managing food safety and environment protection:
High Quality & Sustainable Development
• The HACCP method: constantly analysing hazards at all critical
points in facilities in our wineries – vats, pipes, dry materials.
• ISO 9001 and ISO 22 000 standards: a Quality Management
System based on regularly updated principles.
• Significant Environmental Aspects: incorporating SEAs into the
management of waste and effluents of all types; the carbon
footprint of activities in the cooperative’s wineries.
